Keith Eischeid, Country Manager, Latin American and the Caribbean Region
Keith M. Eischeid is a Country Manager in the Latin America and Caribbean Region at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). In that capacity, he is responsible for developing and supervising USTDA’s activities in Mexico and Central America. Mr. Eischeid began his career at USTDA in 2003 as a Presidential Management Fellow covering the Andean and Caribbean countries.
Mr. Eischeid has been working with the Latin America and Caribbean region since 1997. Prior to joining USTDA, he worked for nearly five years in the agricultural affairs section of the Embassy of Chile in Washington, D.C. Mr. Eischeid received a master’s degree from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, where he served on the editorial board of The Fletcher Forum of World Affairs. He obtained a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, graduating with honors in Latin American Studies. Mr. Eischeid is fluent in Spanish.
