Scott Greenip, Country Manager, Europe and Eurasia Region
Scott Greenip is a Country Manager in the Europe and Eurasia Region for the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). His duties include managing USTDA’s activities in Eurasia. In this capacity he has developed, managed and implemented more than 65 grants worth over $28 million for feasibility studies and technical assistance on major infrastructure investment projects whose implementation would cost more than $9 billion.
Prior to joining USTDA, he served as a financial analyst with MCT Corp., an international cellular telecommunications company. He has also worked as a program analyst in the Office of Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Commerce and as a senior research analyst with the private market research firm, AISA s.r.o., in the Czech Republic.
Mr. Greenip holds an M.A. in International Relations with concentrations in International Economics and Russian Area and East European Studies from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies of Johns Hopkins University
