Liz Gustafson, Chief Financial Officer
Liz Gustafson is the Chief Financial Officer at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. Liz's most recent position was as Business Manager for the HHS, Program Support Center, a shared services organization. In that capacity, Liz oversaw their rate setting and budget formulation process and managed the PSC performance measures. Prior to that, she was the CFO for the Service Employees International Union. Her other federal financial experience included positions at Deputy CFO/Comptroller at both GSA and Treasury's Office of Thrift Supervision. She started her career at Main Hurdman (now KPMG). Liz attended the University of Virginia, is a CPA & lives in Arlington.
