Kendra Kintzi, Program Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Kendra Kintzi currently serves as the Program Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa, South and Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, North Africa and Europe at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. In this capacity, she evaluates the results of USTDA’s funding commitments and advises program staff throughout the project life-cycle using evidence-based analysis of program outcomes. Ms. Kintzi is also a member of the agribusiness and food security sector team at USTDA. Ms. Kintzi previously served as a Project Analyst Consultant for the Middle East, North Africa and Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean regions.
Prior to joining USTDA, Ms. Kintzi implemented small-scale infrastructure projects designed to promote sustainable resource use and conservation with an environmental organization in the Middle East.
Ms. Kintzi holds dual B.A. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, in Development Studies and Comparative Literature.
