Isabel Sepulveda, Country Manager, Office of Policy and Program
Ms. Sepulveda is a Country Manager in the Office of Policy and Program at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. In this role she is responsible for developing innovative global programs for the Agency, implementing strategic policy initiatives and conducting outreach to multilateral financial institutions. Previously, she was a member of USTDA's Latin America and Caribbean office, where she supported the region's portfolio of infrastructure development activities. She also serves on the Agency's Telecommunications/ICT Sector Team.
Prior to joining USTDA, Ms. Sepulveda spent four years in Santiago, Chile coordinating academic outreach programs at the Center for International Studies of the Catholic University of Chile, and spent one year in São Paulo, Brazil as a National Security Education Program Boren Scholar. Ms. Sepulveda earned a Master's degree in International Affairs with a concentration in international business from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in International Studies.
