Clean Energy Exchange Program for the Americas Reverse Trade Mission Series - Wind
Dates: May 22-29, 2010
Locations: Washington, DC; Golden, CO; and Dallas, TX
The goal of USTDA's Clean Energy Exchange Program for the Americas is to familiarize leading Latin American and Caribbean energy sector officials and project sponsors with U.S. clean energy technologies through a series of six Reverse Trade Missions (OVs) to the United States. Each Reverse Trade Mission will include meetings with U.S. industry, financial institutions and U.S. government agencies to exchange information with regard to the commercial, technological, regulatory, and financial aspects associated with clean energy project development. This Reverse Trade Mission series supports the Energy and Climate Partnership of the Americas that was announced by President Obama last year at the Summit of the Americas.
The third Reverse Trade Mission in this series is focusing on wind energy. The delegation will attend various meetings, conduct site visits, and attend the WINDPOWER 2010 Conference and Exhibition.
USTDA is working with Koeppen, Elliott & Associates, Ltd. to organize this Reverse Trade Mission series. For more information, please contact David Elliott or Michael Koeppen of Koeppen, Elliott & Associates, Ltd. by e-mail at mak@kealtd.com or by phone at (202) 429-5245.
