Asia Pacific Commercial Aviation Access Reverse Trade Mission
Dates: August 1-7, 2010
Location: San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA
USTDA is sponsoring an reverse trade mission for senior aviation officials from Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. The visit will provide a comprehensive overview of safety and security requirements from the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) as an increasing number of airlines in the Asia-Pacific seek to expand or initiate direct service to the United States. In addition to meeting with U.S. aviation regulators, the delegation will meet with representatives of U.S. aviation firms and visit aviation facilities in the San Francisco and Seattle areas.
