Diana Rossiter
Program Evaluation Office Director
Ms. Rossiter leads a department responsible for evaluating the results of USTDA's funding commitments. She provides analytic advice to USTDA's senior leadership and staff on all aspects of the Agency's program, in order to inform critical decision-making with the ultimate goal of identifying where the Agency's program is most effective.
David Ross
Program Evaluation Manager
David T. Ross currently serves as the Program Evaluation Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean, East Asia, and Eurasia at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). In this capacity, he is responsible for evaluating the results of USTDA's funding commitments and advising program staff during the project life-cycle while identifying and documenting the outcomes of USTDA's funding.
Kendra Kintzi
Program Evaluation Manager
Kendra Kintzi currently serves as the Program Evaluation Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa, South and Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, North Africa and Europe at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. In this capacity, she evaluates the results of USTDA’s funding commitments and advises program staff throughout the project life-cycle using evidence-based analysis of program outcomes.
