The Study will evaluate and recommend the technical, institutional, and financial investments necessary for the Port of Casablanca to fully comply with International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS) security protocol. The Study will also recommend operational strategies, including safety and security training modules and a revised standard operation procedures manual, to improve the safety of the work environment. The Study will also recommend tender specifications based on the findings of the Study.
