USTDA requires services under this non-personal services contract to assess the completeness of deliverables submitted by the U.S. company to USTDA for review and acceptance under the USTDA-funded SCMB Railway contract. The Contractor will serve as an independent and objective technical expert to (a) conduct a thorough review of the work product and deliverables submitted to USTDA for review and acceptance, and (b) provide advisory services to USTDA and coordination with ADB and Swedfund across multiple technical workstreams.
