USTDA seeks a U.S. technical expert to support its evaluation and review of proposals for grant funding that advance secure, trusted, and commercially viable digital infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific region.

The contractor will develop funding recommendations, Terms of Reference, and budgets for prospective USTDA feasibility studies, technical assistance activities, pilot projects, and related project preparation support that meet USTDA funding criteria across the Indo-Pacific region. The contractor will support U.S. government initiatives and USTDA engagement in the region by providing actionable analysis and recommendations to inform agency decision-making and program design, engaging with prospective project sponsors and U.S. companies, and identifying opportunities for U.S. technology and services exports.
