Brazil Water/Wastewater Energy Efficiency Reverse Trade Mission
PRINTPRINT

The objective of the Reverse Trade Mission is to familiarize Brazilian utility company representatives with the latest U.S. technologies, suppliers, and best practices in water and wastewater energy efficiency. The delegation will meet with U.S. clean energy suppliers and will visit project sites that utilize U.S. clean energy technologies. The visit will also include meetings with federal and local officials to discuss incentives to reduce pollution and encourage the deployment of power generation technologies at water and wastewater facilities. The delegation will be comprised of Brazilian water and wastewater utility decision-makers that represent major project development opportunities.

This Reverse Trade Mission is part of the Brazil Clean Energy Exchange Program, which is comprised of two visits to the United States. A Distributed Generation RTM will be held in early fall 2014 in Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; and Washington, D.C.

An industry roundtable will be held on May 20 in San Ramon, CA.
