U.S. – Brazil Aviation Partnership: Air Traffic Flow Management Workshop

The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), in coordination with aviation stakeholders in the United States and Brazil, is sponsoring a series of workshops that address important aspects of the air transportation industry. The agenda for the Workshop will address the key elements of air traffic flow management and ground surface movement in the United States including Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) approaches, procedures and technology, contingency planning, and methods that ensure safety and security while maintaining passenger satisfaction. Members of the Brazilian air transportation system will also discuss lessons learned during the recent FIFA World Cup and planned changes and advances to the system.
