South Africa Connectivity Standards Workshop

On October 8, USTDA is hosting the first in a series of four information and communication technology (ICT) standards workshops throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. The series will facilitate the development and implementation of ICT sector standards, testing protocols, and regulatory procedures in accordance with international standards.

This workshop will discuss the current state of wired and wireless connectivity in South Africa, as well as the near-term future of connectivity for a wide range of advanced technologies, including 5G, Wi-Fi 6, TV White Space and High-Altitude Platforms.
