OUTSIDE EVALUATION

The Agency uses independent evaluators to help collect and verify data on program performance. These outside evaluation teams annually review hundreds of individual activities to assess the outcomes of USTDA's funding commitments. The companies identify U.S. exports and host-country economic growth benefits resulting from USTDA projects, as well as recommend how to strengthen the Agency's evaluation processes, methodologies, and measurements.

These services help the M&E Office obtain information for qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine whether and how USTDA's funding is achieving its mission. This rigorous review supports innovative program management and data-informed decision-making, enabling the Agency to effectively leverage resources in order to deliver results.
