
Deputy Regional Manager for Asia
Sithisakdi Apichatthanapath (“Seng”) serves as Deputy Regional Manager at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), based in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, he oversees USTDA’s portfolio across Southeast Asia and the Pacific, directing business development initiatives, fostering partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders, and coordinating closely with U.S. and regional government counterparts.
He brings almost two decades of experience in energy policy and infrastructure development, having worked as a project developer, consultant, and auditor on major initiatives worldwide.
Sithisakdi holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Leeds and a Master of Science in Energy Economics and Planning from the Asian Institute of Technology.
