Background:  KPLC is the national offtaker in Kenya which owns and operates a majority of the electricity transmission and distribution system in the country.  KPLC has put out a procurement notice for RTUs, Multiplexers, Gateway & Adaptation Materials (Transducers & Interposing Relays & Control Cables) to connect to the KPLC SCADA System.
