Aviation Definitional Mission: Pacific Islands

USTDA requires services under this non-personal services Definitional Mission (“DM”) contract to support its decision-making relative to the funding of activities to support aviation sector feasibility studies, technical assistance, and pilot projects in the Pacific Islands, and to a lesser extent Southeast Asia. For the purposes of this DM, Pacific Islands refers to the following countries: Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Niue, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu. For the purposes of this DM, Southeast Asia refers to Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Under this multiple-award procurement, the Government anticipates making two (2) awards. The work on this contract will be distributed based upon the specific expertise required for each award. Contract award 1 will focus on drones/unmanned aircraft systems, logistics, air navigation services, and air traffic management. Contract award 2 will focus on airport development, aviation security, and airport and airline operations.
