Digital Infrastructure Definitional Mission: Indo-Pacific

Proposals are due Monday, December 11th at 1 p.m. EST. To submit a proposal, visit the SAM.GOV notice.

Scope of Work

USTDA requires services under this non-personal services Definitional Mission (“DM”) to support its decision-making relative to the funding of project development activities to support digital infrastructure development and implementation in the Indo-Pacific Region. Project development requests may include but are not limited to USTDA grant funding for technical assistance, feasibility studies, pilot projects, training, and capacity building activities for public and private sector entities.

The DM Contractor would support U.S. government initiatives and USTDA engagement in the Indo-Pacific Region by informing agency decision making and program design for proposed activities in eligible developing and middle-income markets in Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Pacific Islands.
