USTDA seeks digital infrastructure advisory support services and subject matter expertise in support of the Agency’s programmatic efforts.

The selected contractor will provide one U.S.-based project manager and four field-based Digital Infrastructure Advisors (Advisors) to support USTDA’s programming that advances the financing and implementation of priority digital infrastructure projects in emerging markets. The Advisors will identify opportunities for USTDA’s digital infrastructure project preparation, partnership building, and Global Procurement Initiative tools. The Advisors will provide additional resources, including regulatory, governance, policy, and technical expertise, that would benefit host country public and private sector partners. In addition, in support of the Administration’s Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investment and complementary regional initiatives, the Advisors will serve as a resource to facilitate effective coordination between foreign beneficiaries, USTDA, other U.S. government agencies, and related digital initiatives.

The Advisors will support the objectives under the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy, Digital Connectivity and Cybersecurity Partnership.
