Scope of Work

USTDA requires services under this non-personal services Desk Study (“DS”) contract to support its decision-making relative to the funding of activities to support smart grid projects in the Indo-Pacific Region, including South and Southeast Asia as well as the Pacific Islands. For the purpose of this DS, the Indo-Pacific Region refers to area stretching from Pakistan to the Pacific Islands, including USTDA priority markets of India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. Projects could be in any USTDA-eligible country in the region.


The Contractor shall, if requested by the COR, provide preliminary assessment reports (“Preliminary Assessments”) for up to five (5) activities; the Preliminary Assessments shall determine whether a project proposal merits a full Project Report. The Contractor shall also provide Project Reports for up to five (5) activities for USTDA funding consideration.
